Comments: I am a single mother of four. Three of my children still live at home. I am a business owner and I am the only employee. A couple weeks ago I was broken into and the person or person took all of my tools that I use to do my job. This has left me extremely short. I have disconnect notices on my electricity that I can not grasp. My bill in arears is only $156.00 but do to my circumstances at work I am having a hard time getting jobs done so I can receive payments. If there is any way you can help me I would be so greatful. Comments: Hello my name is Jessica I am a single mother to be expecting my first child a little girl who is due on July 1, 2016. I have had a very complicated high risk pregnancy which has kept me from being able to work throughout my pregnancy and I was ordered to be on bed rest by my doctor for these last couple months until delivery. I have had a very hard time getting by the last few months, luckily I have had some help from my very small family but as with all things that help has ran out. I am so stressed which isnt good for me or the baby because I still need so many things for her and she is almost here. Other than a car seat, a few outfits, and 2 bottles I don't have anything for her, and I have no idea what I am going to do. I don't even have a crib for her to sleep in, and as it looks right now she may be sharing the bed with me. I feel so ashamed that my baby will be brought into this world with a mother that can not provide what she needs. I would be so grateful for any type of help that you may be able to provide and I know that she would be too. I know that there are a lot of people out here that need help, and you may not be able to help me, but I just want you to know how much I appreciate and respect you for everything you do to help the needy. Comments: Hi. I have been struggling to pay my gas/water/sewer bill for several months and have now received a shutoff notice for May 15, 2016 for $424.04. I had cataract surgery in January and February. I have had to purchase new glasses totaling $255 since the surgery. I was sick with the flu for 2 weeks in late February. I have just started a part-time job on May 4, 2016 but will have only about 10-15 hours per week. I have a full-time job of which all of my check goes for rent and is almost caught up (my landlord has been totally understanding throughout all of my life's events. My daughter (37) has moved in with me but has not been able to find a job. I am totally at wits end and I don't know where else to turn for help. I found your site through a listing on the internet. It has been a very difficult journey for me as I have been struggling with an illness that causes debilitating pain & it has made it hard to find work, but with the grace of God...I have been able to manage most days and have put myself back to school so that I can gain a career to get out of all my debt. Comments: Hello, i am not sure if this may show up twice but i am hoping someone may beable to help my family. I have an aggressive form of leukemia and my only treatment option at this point is a bone marrow transplant. Afterwards my immune system will be wiped out for a while and a papercut might potentially kill me. I know this may not be much to others but if i could get someone to help clean my house a few times while i am recovering, it may make all the difference. My husband has taken the burden of caring for me, our toddler, and being the sole bread winner. So if i could at least take one thing off his shoulders, i would be so grateful. Please and thank you.
