Comments: MY SONS AND I TALKED ABOUT THIS BEFORE WE CREATED IT. WE AGREED THAT IF WE DO IT. DONT HOLD BACK. YES WE HAVE ENDED UP TECHINCALLY HOMELESS. NO WE DONT HAVE A VEHICLE OF ANY KIND ANYMORE. WORK HAS BEEN HARD TO FIND WITHOUT A VEHICLE. WE HAVE ASKED AGENCY AFTER AGENCY. CHURCH AFTER CHURCH. THE NO's are stinging bad. We...want to stand up. Move Forward. But as you will read. Its gonna be almost impossible without help. I hate asking for help. But i admit. We Need It. Will any of you consider helping us....one of YOU. I have to begin by saying. Me and My family are very real. We are truly in search of some community help. My boys and I only moved here from Wisconsin less than a year ago. I will be more than happy to provide personal contact info via email. but as i said. Me and mikey and jj, we are good people just needing a second chance at life..We are still adjusting. Its been a rough road...I had recently been in the hospital as a result of a car accident. I am out and much better now. I am a single Dad with Custody of two great boys. With the help of my sons, i was able to recover quicker than anticipated. But in turn, the kids Michael 14 and Jeremiah 12 and I feel like we are back at square one. We only moved to Arizona this past April after spending all our lives in Wisconsin. Due to being out of work temporarily cuz of car accident...My boys and I lost our apartment we worked so hard to get this spring after moving here. Along with our security deposit. After consulting legal aid and a couple attorney's, as unfair as it sounds and is. Its legal and we cant do anything about it. With the job market quite bleak in Douglas, AZ although i am doing what searching i can on foot as our only vehicle was totaled. Only being able to afford liability insurance effectively dashed any hopes of getting car replaced. I dont mean to sound any more pathetic than i already sound...we have also run through the few hundred dollars we had in savings. I did apply for low income housing but as everyone knows. Thats a long waiting line. On top of it all there is no active child support and never will be because there mother passed away 11 years ago to a drug overdose. For many years its been a struggle. My dream is to attend school again and learn a trade or recieve a degree. But with being forced to move back in with my mother whom is retired and only recieves 800 a month in social security and now being without a vehicle and not knowing how to afford a new one... Or even a couple hundred dollar beater car, finding a decent or even moderately paying job is going to prove difficult. As recent as last week the boys and i had to sell our laptops..i mean. They were a few years old but not worth too much.. But it was our last peices of property we had with any worth to them. Having a 12 and 14 yr old boys. They grow fast And well we had to make the decision to sell our computers that the boys used for there classwork. We had to sell to be able to get clothes that fit them and our personal hygiene items. Life is really kickin our buts lately. It can only go up from here. But when and how is the question. If i still had my vehicle. I would be happy to be feverishly searching for a new job so i can get out and meet potential employers... right now we have nothing. Biggest need is a car. If you are interested in helping us. it would be more help than you know if you graciously helped us. It would helping us get back on our feet.. In our own place and being able to get to work and school. If you know anyone willing to donate an old used beater car. The kids and I would be eternally grateful and would be a huge and depressing burden taken off our shoulders. Also.. And i know i am grasping at straws here... If you know anyone or anyplace willing to donate a couple of unused old laptops that i can used to assist in job search and one my sons can use for schoolwork. I just realized it sounds like i am begging. That is truly not the intent. We are not looking for a handout but more of a hand up. I have never had to ask for help before and to be quite honest, Its emberassing and hurts. Although On the bright side..i did apply for food stamps and insurance for us and was approved. Hope we dont require it long. I wont bore you no longer. If anything comes from me spilling my guts and telling you of me and my boys situation. I hope its a random miracle. We dont need an expensive car. The beater car youve been wanting to get rid of is all we need. We get a vehicle. Then our life gets back on track. I sure hope someone can help. Hi my name is Sumerlyn and our family is going through one of the toughest times I could imagine for not having any medical issues, they are all purely financial and due to extremely bad luck and timing. We have been struggling all year to make ends meet, everytime we think we're going to pull through something else happens. At the start of the summer out timing belt broke on our car, that fix cost us $800 just in parts, thank God my husband was able to do the work or the car may never have been fixed. See the vehicle is our life line we live in the middle of nowhere and it's a necessity to get to and from work. Before the timing belt broke we were just barely making it after that it went completely down hill. We got behind on rent because we used everything we had to fix the car, then got kicked out we then used everything we had to move into our new house and not even 36hrs later hit a deer and pretty much totaled our car, we then had to take everything we had again to fix the vehicle. My husband's hours are getting cut because winter is coming and so are mine, our car isn't legal to drive because we haven't been able to afford insurance, the tags expired 5 days ago and we can't afford to get new ones because we have to have insurance, can't afford at the moment, it has to pass inspection, can't has a cracked windshield and we can't afford to fix that either. To top it all off we were told if our car left the driveway we would be arrested and the car impounded so now we can't even get to work, that happened last night. I'm also facing a 10yr prison sentence because we got a payday loan in hope that we could pay it off when things evened out but they just keep getting worse, and I have to pay $1300 by Nov 11th or I'm going to prison and not watching my 3yr old son grow up. Now I'm not asking for help to pay this bill just help to payrent, car insurance, utilities and car registrationif we have help with that I may be able to work something out with the prosecutor and not go to jail because we couldn't pay off the loan. We also have had no food for three weeks just enough for our son but my husband and I haven't had a decent meal in weeks. We just need a little help to pay a few bills and lighten the load on my family especially if I go away it will be even harder for them. If we can't receive any assistance I understand, our family is usually written off but I'm hoping that we may receive some help and ease our stress a little. On a side not our son is 3 on November 22nd and we're not even sure if we'll be able to get him a present, we've barely. Even had gas for our car to get to work, we were blessed that a local church filled our tank, we're prayibg that net wish will bless us too with a little help. Thank you and may God bless

Comments: My father was recently diagnosed with stage 4 terminal bone cancer. My parents have no insurance and my dad can't work due to the extreme pain he is in and hasn't been able to for several weeks. Before he got sick, my dad worked 6-7 days a week trying to make ends meet and now there is no money coming in and the day to day bills and expenses are overwhelming. Comments: Hi! I am a fairly recent single mom of a 12 year old daughter who is amazing! I am also a high school teacher and did not realize how hard it would be to continue my normal involvement in school activities (travelling debate team coach, Senior class sponsor, Laureate coordinator and mentor, etc...) and still be able to pay our bills. I got a job in the evening which although keeps me away from my daughter more than I prefer, usually keeps our noses above water financially. This school year started and due to my travel schedule with the team, I ended up taking some time off of my evening job in October. This has put me in serious financial trouble. I didn't realize it until it all trickled down, but I am going to have to pay my November rent late... using money I would normally have budgeted for December's rent. In the meantime, it will be a couple of weeks before I will have any money at all for groceries or anything we need. My daughter currently has one pair of school shoes and they have holes...I HAVE to get her new ones... so that is going to take away from December as well. We have both already agreed to forego Christmas this year... we have no family near at all, so no one will notice and my daughter is being super sweet about it. I guess my fear is that I won't be able to pay December's rent. My rent is relatively expensive (over $1,000), but I feel like I will only be a small bit short. Any help I could get would be amazing. Even $200 toward my rent would make a difference. At this moment, I am not behind...and if I juggle correctly this week, we will be okay through November. I just don't know how to make December work. I have made arrangements with my team so that I am not letting my students and the school down for the future... but the present is my problem. I know 100% for sure that if I have help with December and skip Christmas that we will be a-ok for the new year. I have never had to ask for help in my life... I just don't want my daughter to see me like this anymore. She worries all the time as it is... it makes me sad to see the sadness in her eyes when she catches me stressing about this stuff. Comments: Hi Netwish folks. I Am crying.. your site and mission is precious. Ive often felt so alone with my husbands cancer diagnosis of Chronic Myeloid leukemia the last 4 yrs. We have used all our savings from the sale of our old home after my parents died..in the past few yrs we lost 4 parents and inherited my aunt's care with alzheimers, then my husband was diagnised with leukemia AND I deal with fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I was always a super hard worker until a fall on my job..I was the one volunteering to help others on my job. my husband was laid off his jon while being diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid leukemia. The past few years have been extremely difficult yet we still have a heart too to pay it forward in our own lives to other families with cancer and life altering illnesses. .we do bring food to others when we are able to. And at Christmas time we have a barter group we get a few trees from and deliver them to families in medical crisis like breast cancer or other cancer and some children and last yr a military family too. We are in need of several things right now, including taxes on home, and vet bills that were unexpected fir our sweet Cocker Spaniels Beau and Lilly. But most of all we need some repairs and tires on my vechile. It would be such a blessing to get those much needed items. The repairs are more then $400 but each part is $200 so that would allow us one of the parts to the car or help with a bill. Thank you so much. Comments: Hello, I am 59 and struggling to survive, while trying to get my medical issues resolved and waiting for Medicaid and SSI. I had my mother living with me, as she has a form of dementia, and her money paid the bills while I bought the groceries and watched my mother for her safety. My mother was placed in a Nursing Home by the Power of Attorney just as I had arranged HCB Services for my mother so that I could take care of my medical without worrying--so it is hard to survive. I have borrowed money for bills--but cannot last much longer and my utilities are due for shut-off and I am not sure where rent will come from in November. I have done my best to help others in my lifetime, and I appreciate the chance to ask for help.

Comments: My daughter has been battling chrondobladtic osteoporosis sarcoma for almost 4 years and it has metastasized to her lungs 3 surgeries on lungs but in tial site was her clavicle at 36 weeks pregnancy. 2013 in may we began this journey. Scans have shown that tumors have spread to sleep area behind breasts by her ovaries and elsewhere. She was 23 when this happened. She has a beautiful daughter charlie, which is the love of our lives. We need need help..please help a family in desperate need. We have scans this week oct.24th, 2016. My husband has recently came down with heart and lung problems which caused him to lose much work due to hospital stays tests and doctor appointments. I am severely diabetic and have other health issues. Due to him losing so much work we are in jeopardy of losing our home. We have had our electric shut off and I can't afford my insulins.
