Comments: I am a single mother of four boys ages 3,5,and 17. I was in a very bad car accident which left me with severe neck and back injuries. I am in severe pain every day and am unable to work. I have applied for disability which still hasn't been approved. We lost our home and car due to not being able to pay the bills. We moved into my mothers small home and are sharing a tiny bedroom. My children will not be having a Christmas this year and are dealing with depression from losing everything and seeing their mommy in so much pain everyday. It would be a true Christmas Miracle to be able to have presents under our mini tree this year. Please find it in your heart to help my children. God Bless. Comments: I am desperately seeking help for my family so my children can be warm . My husband and I have two young children (3 &6) . My husband works his behind off day and night and I try to take any odd jobs I can find and also make and try to sell jewelry from sea glass I find to make a little bit to help out . But we are drowning in bills , we are hundreds behind on all of our bills we haven't even begun to think about Christmas shopping for our kids because well we just don't have the means right now , and tonight to top it all off we've run out of propane that heats our home and hot water , it's about 20 degrees outside and our house has already dropped 15degrees in the under an hour since the heat ran out . Our company won't deliver to us on credit and we just do not have any way of coming up with the money to get a delivery . I am so afraid of how cold my babies are going to be when the wake up . Comments: This time of year is always a struggle it seems. Even if it's just stress of the hustle of it all. For my family though it's always a struggle. I try to focus on staying positive but it's hard when every year the disappointment is real and difficult. I am disabled and my husband is a seasonal worker on layoff. We have 3kids who every year end up with nothing come Christmas due to bills. All agencies are out of funds and things just get more expensive as time goes by. I am trying to just pay the rent yet can't even get assistance for that. I have hope and my thoughts are with all of you out there who know what I deal with. That sick knot of disappointment in your stomach as a parent. I found this site looking for aid online. I have yet to hear anything either but..I believed in Santa till I was 12..

My vehicle broke down this summer causing me to lose my job and fall behind in rent and bills. I have somehow managed to keep my utilities on but barely. I was unable to buy my daughter school cloths in August, therefore she is in great need. I'm 7 months behind in rent and facing eviction in Jan if I don't find a way to catch up. I could work and make a living if I had a reliable vehicle. I was fortunate and received a old vehicle as a gift but it's not real safe and I can't drive in the rain. So my needs are great but I would be so grateful for any amount of help I can get. I just can't stand the thought of not providing a Christmas for my daughter, Jada. Even though she is such a remarkable child that she would not complain because she knows how hard I try everyday to make things better for us. No matter what we will still have each other. But I pray I can give her a Christmas she deserves.

I'm not looking for a handout just assistance to get through the next few weeks. I live in Holiday Florida and there's not any places that have assistance available . I am renting a house I'm going to be evicted and locked out any day I don't even have a way to get my children's and our belongings out of this house before they lock the doors let alone pay rent this month . I have 3 children. My boyfriend Works in construction and usually works 7 days a week 12 hour days but work has been slow He's trying to find Side jobs walking around asking to mow lawns. Construction jobs are hard to come by the past couple months have been terrable. We are about to lose our home in the next three days and be out on the streets for Christmas. We have borrowed to get us by the last few months. We need food diapers and toiletries. The baby needs formula and Tylenol. The kids are sick and The electric is about to be shut off. I know you probably hear a hundred stories a day and everybody has problems so I'm not going to waste your time and go on and on I think you for looking over my request . I need assistance if possible my children will not have a home in a few days let alone a Christmas. I am not ready to give up. I don't know what to do or where to turn to I'm just trying to raise my children and do the best I can and it seems like around every corner something keeps coming up and pushing me down. Pipe broke in the house and we had sewer in our house for over 3 weeks and then leave I wouldn't do anything because we were late on rent finally we were able to pay rent last month and he he he repaired it but our water bill was over $3,000 . We were able to get it a little bit lower but we were responsible to pay that so it was just another thing that we didn't expect it we didn't have the money to pay for it we had to borrow half of it . I battle with bipolar manic depressive disorder every day. My children come first that's all I care about in life they don't deserve to go without I'm not the type to ask for help but my love for them gives me the strength it's humiliating and embarrassing especially when you're turned down over and over again having to tell your story hundred times . It's terrible feeling when I look into my children's eyes not knowing if I'll find a way I can provide for them. I'm scared I feel like I have not just disappointed Myself but I've failed my family ad well. So I I'm coming to you totally humble asking for assistance. Everyone keeps sending me away because they don't have anything available.

Comments: Hi all, my little family has fallen on some hardships recently, we were served a paper stating if we don't come up with $300 by Monday, December 5, our manager will go to the courthouse to evict us. Right before thanksgiving this year my wife lost her job and we fell behind on rent due to my accident and losing her job. My wife and I just started working this past week and we don't get our first check until December 13th, and we don't have that amount of time anymore. We've tried churches in our area, selling our stuff,the local shelters are all full and if they were open, I wouldn't be able to keep my service dog or our stuff and we have no family members to help us out through this ordeal. It's getting colder outside and I can't have my family on the streets in this cold because my wife has severe asthma and a really bad immune system and she will get sick and end up not making it through if she gets sick again. In July, I lost my vehicle to a fire and became injured due to my leg getting caught between the steering wheel column and the floor boards when the dashboard caved in, however I still get up every day and work. We are $150 shy of reaching that $300 goal to save our place to live, my wish is that someone out there will see this and be that light at the end of this dark tunnel so I can keep my family together and stay healthy to keep our jobs. Comments: To whom it may concern my family and need help with a used car or getting our minivan fixed it needs a transmission. The transmission cost 2500.00 to get the van fixed. We lost our home in the flood last year in October 2015. We lost almost everything our home, and our two vehicles. Fema turn us down four times. We were homeless for four month staying in a hotel. God Bless us to find a rental for 500.00 a month. I have and four years old and a 24 year old who is disable. My daughter was diagnose with cancer when she was 14 but thank God she is now cancer free but it left her with severe side effect for the rest of her life thank God she is still here. My rent is $700 and my electric is $74.57. The disconnect on my electric is 12/3/2016. I have been looking for some kind of part time work that I can do with my disability but so far I have had no call backs. I have been working with Indeed.com & have sent out around 15 resumes. Our family consists of an Air Force Veteran (with medical issues), a 14 year son and myself (the only family member who's able to work). We have been approved for a house but lack the security deposit to secure the home ($920). We have less than 30 days to provide the funds to the realtor before the house will be placed back on the market. If we could have anything for this holiday, it would be to have our family back together in our own home. We have lived in hotels, with family and friends and the family that we are currently living with has received notice that their lease will be terminated soon and this will put my family back in a hotel (which we can't afford) or in our car.
