Comments: I'm a single mother of four. That has faced some hardships. I'm in desperate need of help with my water bill that I have desperately got behind with. My landlord is threating to kick me out if its not paid down. Any help would be grateful.
Comments: To whom it may concern, I Randolph Thomas contracted Covid-19 in the month of September 5, 2020 and since have experienced severe hardhship. My current financial hardship stem from medical expenses, loss of wages and the inability to make up for the loss of wages from the month of September through January. During this time of hardship, I was medically admitted and was unable to work. Due to this hardship my vehicle since has been repossessed ( Dec 31, 2020) and fear of getting evicted and not having a place to live safely doing this pandemic. I'm currently receiving food stamps and receiving government Medicare. I would appreciate any assistance available. Thank you

Comments: Hi i am a 56 years old female.I am disabled but still work part-time have had to have several surgical procedures in the past years.a brain surgery,neck surgery, 2 female cancer surgeries and suffered from 11 breaks in my ankle and leg.up until now with having lost work due to the covid virus i have done fairly well with keeping up bills but having lost 3 months of wages and then my boyfriend past away unexpectedly and with the loss of his income and help i haveexhausted what little savings i had and 1 and a half weeks after he pastaway when the person he had left a vehical to came to pick it up it somehow it caught on fire inside my garage and the garage had to be condemned with everything that has happened i am currently over 500 dollars behind in my heating bills.when i recieved the stimulus payment i put 1000 dollars twords what I owed but am still behind and still not back to working the hours i used to work.any help given would be appreciated thank you for your time
Comments: To whom it may concern, I'm Colleen a 55 yr old woman. I raised three sons on my own and have always worked two jobs. My jobs were always physical and now I have some serious problems and can no longer work. I have been living on the street for about three years now, I have arthritis in my hips, knees and back, also have stenosis, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease and two herniated discs. I tried applying for disability and got turned down because I lost all of my doctor's, paperwork, MRI's, everything in a house fire, for disability you have to have all of your medical records, prescription's and everything and I just didn't have it.So I'm trying again, but, it takes time and I could really use some help now.Just for toothpaste and hygiene and some warm bedding.the address I gave you is a friend who helps me sometimes, but can only do so much.So if you can find it in your heart to help me I would be forever grateful!Thank you for giving me a chance! Comments: My family and I are suffering right now. We where afraid to go out much during the beginning of covid. We are self employed and own a handyman service business. We are now not making the money we need to pay are bills. Are home was Red Tagged in the Middle of covid. We where supposed to report to the city within 5 days but where told that everything would be taken care of and would not be homeless by are landlord. We contacted the city a couple days late and they had no help for us. We are now living in hotels and paying more than are bugget is allowing. We are stressed and argue constantly. I am so worried I am going to loose my family. Please help my family stay together.
Comments: I'm a 58 yr old female and I'm on disability. I'm having a hard time keeping my home and property up. My trailer is starting to leak I need a roof put on it at least looked. My Windows let cold air in and my floors need alot of work. I have fallen alot in the last 6months I only heat my bedroom because I can't afford to heat while trailet. I've worked hard all my life and raised a sister then 2 kids on my own. My daughter helps all she can and my son in Federal Prison for 40yrs. Now I'm in need of back surgery and I'm trying to get physical therapy to help avoid that for a while. Done had a total hip replaced and this stress is getting me so down most days I can't get out of bed. Please help.Please. God Bless

My two kids both have their birthday in February, as do I. It would truly mean everything to be able to give them each an incredible birthday party and let them finally find joy in something. Comments: I am a 40 year old woman, who lost my 23 year old daughter to suicide on september 9 2020. she left behind 2 children to which i have been helping their father with everyhing i possibly can. i lived with my mother with whom we split the money for rent and bills between the two of us until january 11 2021. on january 11 2021, i found my mother dead in bed when i went to wake her in the morning. our rent was due on the 12th of january 2021 and my check doesnt come until the first of february, which isnt going to be enough to cover everything. im super scared of what is up ahead, and do not know what im going to do. i made a netwish, and im hoping to get some help. im not one who likes to have to ask for help, but i have no other option. im in school hoping to better my financial situation soon. i have 2 sons who live with me.

Comments: I am 71 years old woman who has become a widow, is in a wheel chair due to losing my ability to walk or stand from the aggressive chemo treatments I had to take stage 4 cancer. My only income is my very small monthly social security check and sometimes my daughter would be able to help me with a little extra but because of covid-19 she is now struggling and doesn't have the extra money to help me at all. I need help , I can't pay my rent or get my monthly medications for my heart and diabetes I don't have enough money to do both. Due to my disability, health issues and the covid-19 pandemic I am not able to work. Comments: Hello, I am a mother of a 2 year-old boy and we were put out of our home on December 31, 2020. We have been living in a terrible hotel since. There are prostitutes' and drug dealers all over. Anyway I was lucky to find a 2 bedroom home but unfortunately its going to cost me 1600.00 to move in. Its hard coming up with that down payment when I have to pay $350 a week to stay at this hotel and also have to make sure that I have diapers and food for my son Anything would help us at this point. I'm scared and alone and I have no help from anyone. I understand that others are going thru this tough time but Ii am as well. Also I still haven't received my stimulus money I was one of the millions affected by the Turbo Tax & IRS error. I only have $100 left and i have only one more night to stay at this hotel. I've applied for snap benefits, however it's going to be a while before they process the application. Comments: Hi. I'm Shane from Duluth Minnesota. It's been a difficult year. Currently sleeping in my vehicle saving as much money as I can. I work for a deliver company here and do more labor intensive work in the summer as a brick mason. I have a 2 and a half year old son whom I love dearly. Been difficult making ends meet and paying my bills. Working on saving enough money to get a 2 bedroom apartment for us. His Mom has him most of the week and knows my situation and that I'm trying my best. I take him about 2 days a week for now until I get an apartment, been doing motels. Have all of his toys and things and get it all set up for him each time and he doesn't mind. I just wish I could make this all happen sooner is all. Not sure what this site is all about completely but it can't hurt to ask for help. Thank you.

Comments: I know everyone has a story, my heart goes out to all of us during this time as we cope with loss, feelings of financial and personal insecurity, fear of not being strong enough to cope with the stress and burdens we are facing each day. I too feel alone in this constant struggle and I am available for listening or helping with clothes and small items someone might need. But right now I am beside myself with worry and I am reaching out out in hopes someone can loan/gift the money needed to keep my mother's storage unit from auction. She died at the beginning of Covid and her everything she ever owned was packed into a storage unit quickly. Unfortunately, her ashes and 4 generations of Irish/Hungarian history are there with her. On Jan. 9th they will auction the unit unless I can pay $500 and remove everything that day. I've never felt so lost and desperate...these aren't just material items they are all I have left of my mother and we've been trying to sohard to stay afloat I haven't even had time to grieve her properly. I haven't made a wish since I was a little girl but now I can only hope a shooting star comes my way!
