When I heard of this site the first thing I thought was I can help my son. He is 23 has bought a house and supports me. I have wanted to get a job but my car has been down for over 6 months. The reason, one lousy spark plug that turns. Since no one I know has the intelligence or drive to fix it, I have to get a mechanic. My son does everything so I’m not willing to have him pay. Eventually I will get it fixed and go back to work. I love my son and I am proud of him. I want him to be proud of me. He was the main source of income and although I have been trying desperately to get a job, I have had no luck and the bills have been getting way ahead of me. Comments: Hello, first off thank you to the creator of this platform you've given me hope that my family may receive a miracle! I am a 33 year old wife and mom to 2 children, 9 year old female and 19 month old son. My family has been struggling for the past few years and are unfortunately now considered homeless. To understand our situation I will have to go back to 2020 and lay out the unfortunate events that occurred. Myself and my husband were doing ok both working at Amazon and living with a family member, then I ended up getting pregnant. During my pregnancy I became very sick, and between the sickness, my age, and having to lift heavy boxes at work I was not able to work. Amazon and disability both fought me,so I was not getting any pay, I am still fighting to receive pay for the year I was out. My husband tried to work as much as he could but he has health problems and was struggling. Once our son was born things got more difficult due to my son being put in the NICU for about a month, and then myself and my husband both started suffering from postpartum depression/anxiety. Due to my ppd I was out of work again, while my husband struggled with physical/mental health problems and going to work. Finally in May 2021 my husband had a mental breakdown and was put out of work on a medical leave as well. Amazon has fought us both this whole time and I never received any type of pay while as my husband was paid his PTO and vacation days and that was all. We had no money and did door dash and Instacart when we could just to get food for our children while our rent and bills piled up. Then January of this year myself and my husband were both fired from Amazon while out on medical leave. At this point my mental health had gotten a lot better so I decided to start applying and I finally got a job working at a mental health hospital helping people, while my husband stayed home with the kids and continued to get better,but unfortunately the damage was already done we were getting evicted, and now the car was not running like is should. Fast forward to September 1st of this year we were forced to leave our home and are now homeless, staying with a relative that makes it clear to myself and my children everyday we aren't wanted and must leave asap. About 3 weeks ago she kicked my husband out and I was forced to miss work due to no child care for my youngest then my oldest got covid from school and all of us caught it and my husband was allowed back, thank God! But now it has been 3 weeks of no paycheck and our only vehicle is completely broken down, without our vehicle we have no way of me getting to and from work and no way of putting food on the table for my children. My daughter already suffers from anxiety at the age of 9 from everything we've been through and now I fear I will lose my job and then we will have absolutely nothing. All I've ever wanted from life is to live a simple happy loving life and to give my children stability and love please I am beyond desperate for a miracle, every government agency says we don't qualify since I am employed. Please help save my family!

Because our ex landlord said he did not want the grant to pay off the back rent and 2 months future rent we had to vacate or be thrown out. We had no where to go because we lost in court the won our money so we came to a hotel. received help from a program with hotel stay, we had to be released from them because it was temporary. I am disabled and so is my daughter my other daughter has 4 children ages 10,5,3 (he is completely death one ear and non verbal) and a 8 month old. we are struggling to pay but this week we are having financial difficulties my oldest daughter works as well and she at times has no way to get to work because we have to keep a roof over our babies heads. we are asking for some help just to take just a little pressure off. I have battled Nonhodgkins Lymphoma and survived chemo and surgery to remove a 10 pound spleen and 5 pound gall bladder which left me with an insicion from my wishbone past the belly button,Hence lack of movement made me gain weight. Now after the weight battle of 30 pounds lost,I find my self in dire need of clothing that wont fall off. I esp am in need of warm flannel night gowns,slippers,a warm robe ,a long winter coat and shoes. Life was once good until my daughters Father started to abuse us, now i have no stability since leaving him, going from hotel to hotel, couch to shelter for the past month. Too many things to list. Honestly my dental challenge feels way bigger than an e-mail request for $200. Reading though these has humbled me in my journey. Comments: My name is Shannon, I am a single mother of 3 beautiful daughters ages 16, 13 & 10. Truth be told we've struggled our whole lives. My children's father has remarried and has absolutely nothing to do with our kids. IF I get child support its solely to get him out of jail. I work full time as an office manager for a local locksmith company and I clean houses/yard work or anything else I can find on the side to provide for my children and myself. I'm able to make ends meet the majority of the time however my vehicle - my prized possession - the one thing I cant live without - what makes me be able to provide has broken down. I am at a loss right now bc I cannot afford to have it fixed. My father was arrested earlier this year for criminal sexual conduct on my middle daughter (this happened while he was residing with us due to his disabilities) and my mother took of years ago - its just me and my girls to take on this world so the kindness of a stranger is all the hope we have left. I am more than willing to pay this forward once I have gotten back stable & on my feet... we are on the verge of losing everything bc without vehicle means I cant get to work, no work = no money no money = no lights, no water, no home etc. To anyone willing to help God Bless You, there are no words to describe how grateful my children and I would be & we thank you for your consideration.
Comments: A horrible hardship forced me into transitioning from 27 yrs of being in a stable home with 5 kids 2 brothers and a family member or 2. While also taking care of and/or assisted 69 individuals and/or their families / friends / neighbors and others in-their time of need as free group home and/or safe house. Why because it was the right thing to do, at the time. So I sought certification to do as a business legally with the State of Ohio and completed it. To looking for a place to live. going from one place to another, sleeping in car, that was reprocessed. the night the COVID-19 was announced. It was difficult without it, launching me into a difficult space and having resort to, leaning on others to help with personal items /shelter and transportation. To finally getting a affordable apartment Is a GOD send but not having moving-in expenses is traumatizing to say the least and also being at risk of losing your storage unit when you need your belongings the most is horrifying at best. Its been 5 horrible enlightening years. Now, I'm being offered apartment now, so I'm humbling requesting assistance to transition 109 miles away,to improve my current circumstances of being homeless,to becoming sheltered for the holidays. So, this 5 year long homeless nightmare can be over. I'm currently in a job training program that will guaranty stable weekly income when its complete. Comments: My car was stolen 2 yrs ago where all my Chiropractic equipment to do health fairs with to generate patients to refer to Chiropractors for a fee was stolen from the trunk!! Then COVD hit which didn't help & now the Chiropractors who I would refer business to are integrating with medical DRS & it is against the law to use any marketing strategies like a free exam, free consultation or free massage now. Personally, I feel as Murphys law follows me around constantly, I understand the rain is needed for the appreciation of the sun. I currently am the only provider in my house hold. I got behind robbing Peter to pay Paul, then Im standing at the end of my driveway trash in hand wondering where my trash bin has gone. Now Im shamefully hiding my trash in my shed trying to save for reconnection of service. You never know how much trash really have till your service is disconnected. I'm currently up to 20 bags which I'm not able to transport in my "car". I'm going to need to rent a Uhaul truck after there is the city dump/fee, as you see I'm still back peddling. Thank you again for your consideration in helping me, get my trash service reconnected and taking my current 20 bags to the dump which will bring a little sunshine to my life.

I am a single mom with two younger boys at home. One of my sons has special needs and was injured by his special ed teacher. Now I homeschool him and his brother and we live off of $800 a month, his Social Security disability check. My children are very smart, and sweet and they deserve the same education all the other children are receiving. We do not receive any other support, and our public school system will not help us in anyway ! 🙁. My boys are in 6th and 7th grade this year and everything cost so much more. I got engaged in 2017 my fiance and I bought a house together in December 2019 with the great plans of raising our children children unfortunately he had passed away in March of20 20. My children are five nine and 15. My 15-year-old has always had behavior problems since she was three she has just been diagnosed with RADS she's caused a lot of legal problems due to her I lost my job my foster license. I am struggling in making house payment I really want to keep my house but it's hard when you bring in less than 2,000 a month and your house payment is 1449 I thought about renting but Prince renting a house is about 12 to 1400 a month. My biggest concern is that my children will be needing fall and winter clothes I want to put them in activities but I have to tell him I don't have the money to do that it really sad needs them cuz my daughter really wants to dance. I just had to put my sister in hospicecare that I have had under my care for 30 years which she may be be leaving us soon. I really need help to get fall and winter clothing for my children who are 5 and 9 it got at the point with my 15 year old I had to put her in foster care just to keep the younger ones safe she's been diagnosed with ADHD RADS and she may be taking after her bio mom but personality disorder she hears voices now. I hope to God this reaches you and maybe you can give me a helping hand I have always been a proud mama I've raising my children but this is the time that I need to ask for some help please consider helping me getting these kids some fall and winter clothes I know Christmas is going to be very short this year I've already got three presents for each but I think that's going to be it so I hope this reaches you soon thank you

I am a mother that is raising my children without there father in there live because he walked away from his 2 children the oldest is autistic and the father did not want to have anything to do with the children because it is to much responsibility for him. So he left me with no job no money no car and two young children and my only option is to be a stay at mom to take care of my autistic child. I decided that going back to school is best for me and need help with books and tuition because all payments are now paid by me out of pocket with no more assistance from financial aid. We live in a trailer park in a trailer that needs work done to it. we were able to get the roof and bathroom fixed but don't have enough money to get the floor under the hot water fixed or more insulation for under the trailer. I applied to 8cap for help but they denied me because there was to much work that needed done. It would be greatly appreciated if we could get any help at all.
Comments: My husband died 7 years ago. He was 23. I was pregnant. The grieving process has been an emotional rollercoaster to say the least. I've finally come to acceptance. I have 7 years clean and sober and we would have had the same clean date. I made it, he didn't. He left me with the most precious priceless gift. A beautiful daughter. She is my everything and is my whole world. After he died, I got on a plane with her when she was 9 months old, 2 dogs and 2 suitcases and never looked back... I make sure my daughter has everything she needs and I put my needs last but I'm okay with that I'm all that she has. People always tell me how lucky she is to have me when really, I'm lucky to have her, she truly changed the course of my life. I live off of survivor benefits it's not alot but i wont complain we have a roof over our head. Recently i went to the dentist and from years of addiction I am missing alot of teeth and the dentist said I would need dental implants and they would have to put 4 rods in my mouth, just one rod alone is $5k. Of course I could never do something like this and left feeling discouraged. I saw this site from low income relief and thought what the heck! I know you get a thousand wishes on here, but if you were able to help you would be an answer to my prayers!! But if there is someone who needs help more than me, please bless them first. Comments: Hi, My name is Vickie and I have been disabled for 7 years and live on a very fixed income. My eyes are very bad and I was supposed to have cataract surgery this year but before I could get it done my supplementary insurance was cancelled because I turned 65 and was no longer eligible for medicaid. The glasses I need to be able to see clearly since it will be awhile before I can afford supplementary insurance to have my cataract surgery are over what I can afford so I am without glasses and vision is horrible. My wish is to get help so I can put glasses on and see again.
