Comments: Hello my name is Angela, I am the proud mother of 4 beautiful little girl's. I was raised in poverty and struggled my entire life to make ends meet, I became a mom at 18 suffered from addition to drugs and alcohol, I have been sober 6 years now I work every day but it's still not quite enough to get by , my van just quit working and I've lost my home, my girls and I are staying with a friend of mine which is extremely hard to do with 4 children. Since school started it's been difficult to catch up on bills and without my car it's really been a burden on my friends and Co workers trying to get the girls to school and work on time, they say god wont put more on you than you can handle, sometimes I wonder. I gpti have been searching for am apt and i have finally recieved my housing voucher and found a place to live but I dont have anyone that i can turn to for help with my deposit. I thought i knew what pain was till i lost the other half of my heart. All i want is a home again a safe place where i can sort out the massive mess my life has become over the last 8 months. Im tired of worrying and being scared all the time.. Even if netwish camt help me im so greatful this exsists because i got to feel what having a little hope was like again amd it feels really good. So thanks ypu for all you do i wish i was in a place where i could do the same. I hope one day i might be able to give back to the places that where there when i needed a little hope bacl in my life. Comments: Good afternoon, My need is for a bit of assistance with my 5 grandsons who live with me....they are 12, 10, 6, 5, and 4 years old. They are all good boys and through no fault of their own needed Grandma to step up and take them in. The older 4 just finished baseball and 3 of them moved right into football, they actually overlapped a couple of weeks. I work a full time job and I make decent money however nowadays things are so costly it's hard to make ends meet. Feeding 5 boys is difficult anyway but to have to find the money for baseball registration, uniforms, shoes etc, then football is even more expensive for registration, uniforms, pads, cleats, etc. School pictures for 4 kids was outrageous and of course school lunches which of course I was just over the guidelines for free and reduced lunches. Babysitters before and after school is costly but I'm very grateful that my sitter is my next door neighbor so I don't have to drive them a long way first thing in the morning, and she takes them when they are sick so I don't have to miss work. I have a long list of things that these boys need and I prioritize the best I can to make sure these babies are well taken care of. A little extra money would be a Godsend and I am always grateful for any assistance. My parents and grandparents are all deceased now so it's all me. I never never ever burden the guys with all of this but we do discuss prioritizing and why we can or cannot afford something so they are learning the value of a dollar. Comments: I just filled out a request for assitance. I am not usually one to ask for help.. I am usually trying to pay it forward somehow, but now im the one needing help with my rent, so that my boys can have a roof over their head and not see their momma struggling.. I have been off work from my job since August 20th and continuing to try to keep my head afloat while my claims for benefits are still pending.. I have numerous dr appts that i have to make due to some ongoing health issues since july.. With mini strokes and seizures. I just try to fight thru the pain i have everyday and know that my boys are counting in me.. Thats what keeps me going everyday.. Any help u can provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all u do.
Comments: I just sent in a request for help with my bills until I go to court about my Social Security Disability hearing on Nov 14,2019. I have not had any income since May 1,2019 & won't have any I go to court on Nov 14,2019 when I go in front of a judge for him to decide if I'm still disabled & should continue receiving my monthly checks. I also just had back surgery on Aug 23,2019 so the thought of loosing my apartment right now is absolutely inconceivable. I just really hope my request is seen & granted so that I have one less stressed in my life right now.

I can't do a whole lot for my family being unemployed and not even being able to put anything in our home at this point. but to think of us not having power or a room with air in GA is scary. They are asking for the rest of my over due Georgia power bill tomorrow by 5 and I have no idea how to fix this for my family. I've asked for help and they don't have funds. I don't know what else to do but pray someone in this world cares what happens to us . I start a new job next week but until then we are without any means of getting by but with prayer.thank you God bless

I am 60 years old and I am in a nursing home since 2016...which was only suppose to be for 2 weeks and I'm stll here. by luck i found an aprtment in my hometown that will only cost me half of my check. What I am in need of is help with deposits on rent, electricity, and cable.They total $780.00. I know you can't help with all of it but I would appreciate any help I can get. I also have loans incurred during the marriage that I am attempting to pay on my own. I still have a child at home that I am supporting. I am finding in very hard to come from up under the hole that my union put me in. I am seeking assistance with utilities or any other expense your organization may be able to help me with. Comments: I tried entering my request on your page but couldn’t get past the robot button? I have a need I recently moved to Washington state so my friend could go to vet school. The only housing we could find was a room rental in s persons 5 bedroom home. The rent is $800 I have been looking for work but have not been successful. The landlord is getting impatient and has threatened to evict us😢. We have run out of food as well. I have looked into services thru the state n have had no success. We moved here to better ourselves and any help would be a blessing.

I just can't catch up my Bill's, it's so hard.it's overwhelming some time cause it be nothing I can do and I'm saposed to protect my kids and keep a roof over there head. My body can only take so much now I can't work like I used to due to weak legs, diabetic asthma,feet in bad shape but I keep holding on trying to fight this obstacle to make it close to where I'm ok and my kids and I can live stress free,stress is taking me slowly.

We have insurance but I have so many tests and surgeries our part of the bills keep adding up .In October I will have a total shoulder replacement and have to spend time in the hospital and then go to a rehab facility for 12 weeks.I hope my wish is granted and pray for all the people that need help.

Comments: Please help. I am fixing to lose my trailer if I don't get my lot rent paid. I lost my job in March because of my health condition. In April I ended up having major problems with circulation in my right foot. 3 minor surgeries and one major Arterial Bypass on the right leg and one more surgery tommorow. I've not recovered and won't for months to come ssi case is pending. I'm on ebt for now.. I just need some help pay bills.god bless

Comments: Hi I pray everyday that my two kids and I will never end out on the streets. I work a part time job it’s hard to get full time. My son got diabetes at the age of 11 type 1 and I need to be home For him also and I also have a 16 year old daughter. I am now on my own because there father is no longer able to help financially so lately it’s been very hard to pay the bills and keep up with the rent on time. Between paying for food medicine medical supplies I don’t ever have enough for food and to pay for the rent on time.im scared we are going to end up in a shelter or my son will end up in the hospital because of lack of food or insulin. I just to know who to turn to and I’m very scared and I’m trying so hard not to show my kids how scared I am i pray every night that a miracle will happen the only thing I can do is keep the faith and keep fighting and never give up thank you kindly, Heidi Dias
